Placing an order

Shopping online with us is easy and secure. You can place an order online by browsing our selection and placing fabric in your shopping cart. Once you finish adding fabric to your cart, you may continue to checkout process. Our checkout process uses latest technology to encrypt all of your billing and payment information. Any order received before 5pm EST will be queued for same day shipment.

You can also place order by calling us at (212) 391-2310 or by faxing a printed Order Form to (212) 391-2383. Please make sure to include item numbers associated with each stretch fabric and yardage.

FREE swatch/sample fabric

If you wish to check the quality of our spandex fabric, we offer free sample service within US (internation addresses require a small shipment fee). Simply fill out our Sample Request form with the item number you are interested.

Payment options

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). You can also pay by C.O.D if you have ordered from us before. All C.O.D payment must be certified check or money order. UPS requires extra $9-10 for C.O.D service.

Shipping cost

We ship our fabric around the world using a variety of shipping options and delivery methods. Shipping cost of your order is based on the weight, shipping method and delivery address. There is NO handling charge.

Processing and shipping time

After payment processing is complete, we will ship orders within 24-48 business hours . The total time it will take to receive an item is determined by the shipping option you choose. You can easily find delivery date by following method: Order Processing (0-2 days) + Shipping method (1-5 days depending on your choice) = delivery time.

Return policy (modified Jan '08)

If, for any reason you wish to return our fabric, you can do so within 30 days. To authorize a return, please call our customer support first. Spandex World will pay for domestic return shipping charge. Original shipping charge however is non-refundable. For exchange, you would need to pay for the second shipment.

For international orders, customers must export to our facility at their expense.
